Sannidhi Architects

We operate out of room 206 in Evershine Nagar, over in the Nanpura area. Sannidhi Architects is a small setup. There are only a few of us here, and we spend most of our time hunched over computers or looking at big paper plans spread out on the floor. It’s not a flashy place. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and far too many rolls of paper leaning against the walls in the corners. We do architectural work for all kinds of buildings, but we mostly end up doing houses and small commercial spots for local folks. Being in Evershine Nagar is convenient for us. It’s a decent area and fairly easy to get to. We don't go in for big sales pitches or fancy presentations. If someone needs a plan drawn up, we sit down and talk about what they need and how much they want to spend. It’s a very practical process from start to finish. Sometimes we have to argue with contractors to make sure they follow the drawings exactly, which is the less enjoyable part of being an architect. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people just find us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign. It’s a steady way to work, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the year. We like the quiet rhythm of the office here in Nanpura.
