You can find us at 6/2683, Lal Darwaja, right on the Rugnathpura Main Road in Surat. It’s a very busy area, and there’s always a lot of foot traffic right outside our door. Being right opposite the J.P. Biscuit Bakery is both a blessing and a curse because it smells so good all the time. Our shop is quite packed with boxes of magnets and other items we import. There isn't much room to move around, so we have to be careful not to knock anything over. We have an old desk where we handle all the paperwork, and it’s usually buried under invoices and shipping notes. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us managing everything. We don't have a fancy display area. Most of our customers know exactly what they want, so they just come in and ask. The walls are lined with wooden shelves that go all the way to the ceiling. It gets quite dusty because of the main road, so we’re constantly cleaning. We usually have a radio playing in the background to drown out the noise of the traffic. Sometimes we have to shout to be heard over the honking of the rickshaws. It’s a bit of a scramble every day, but we enjoy the pace of it. We don't bother with any marketing or big signs. People know where we are, and we just focus on getting the goods delivered.
