Sai Sale & Service

Our shop, Sai Sale & Service, is tucked away in the Vasudev Shopping Centre, which is part of the Chitralay area in Sandar Nagar, Udhna. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a busy little corner of the world. We are at unit 2013. The shopping center has a lot of different businesses, so there is always a lot of coming and going. Our space is functional. We use it for both selling items and for the service side of things. It can get a bit crowded with parts and boxes, especially on days when we have a lot of work piled up. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Udhna. We just focus on getting the jobs done as they come in. Sometimes we have to hunt for a specific part in the back, which might take a minute. People around here are generally patient. We’ve made some good friends among the other shopkeepers in Vasudev Shopping Centre. We often share tea in the afternoons. It’s that kind of place. We don't use any high-tech systems for our records—it’s mostly just notebooks and pens. It works for us and keep things simple. If you’re in Sandar Nagar, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. We are just here, doing our daily routine and taking care of the customers who stop by.
