Patel Trading

Patel Trading is located out in Sachin, right on the Sachin Palsana Road. We are at C/4 in the Madhuram Estate. It’s right behind the T.C.I. Transport area, so there are always big trucks moving around near our gate. Being in Surat, specifically in the Pardi Kande area, means it’s always humid and busy. Our warehouse is where we spend most of our time. It is a large open space with stacks of items everywhere. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Most of the people who come here are drivers or other traders. We keep a small office in the corner to handle the bills and the phone calls. It’s a dusty place because of all the construction and the traffic nearby. We just do our work and don’t worry too much about how the place looks. The staff is mostly local guys who live nearby. We know the neighbors and we help each other out when someone’s truck gets stuck or something. Work starts early because it’s too hot to do much in the afternoon. We take a long break for lunch and then get back to it. It’s a basic operation, but it keeps us busy. We have been at this location for quite a while now and we know the area well. It’s not a fancy life, but it works for us and we keep going every single day.
