Jay Shree Polymer Prints Pvt. Ltd. is located on Road No. 43 in GIDC Sachin, at Plot No. 4322/1. This part of the industrial estate is always humming with activity. We focus on polymer printing, which means we spend a lot of time around large rolls of material and big printing presses. The air usually smells a bit like ink and plastic, which is something you just get used to after a couple of days. We have several machines running throughout the shift, and the noise is pretty constant. Our team is mostly local people who know how to handle the printing equipment and make sure the colors aren't coming out wrong. The warehouse area is often filled with stacks of printed rolls waiting to be shipped out to customers. It can get pretty cramped in here when we have a big order, and we have to move stuff around just to make a path to the door. We aren't a massive company with a lot of layers; it’s just the owners and the workers all on the floor together. We deal with the usual problems like machines jamming or the power flickering, but we just handle it and keep going. GIDC Sachin is a busy place, and we’re just one of many units trying to get our work out the door on time every day.
