We are located at 771/772 on Tower Road. The building is a familiar spot for people in this part of town. Our daily routine is mostly about office work and handling the various people who come in with questions. We spend a lot of time at our desks, dealing with paperwork and organizing files. It’s a practical workspace, not something you’d find in a magazine. We have a few computers that are always running, and the sound of the printer is pretty constant. The street outside is one of the busier ones, so there is a lot of background noise from the traffic. We have a small area in the front where visitors can sit, though it’s nothing fancy. Sometimes the elevator in the building is out of service, so we end up taking the stairs, which can be tiring if you have to do it a few times a day. We take turns making tea in the afternoon to keep ourselves going. It’s a steady environment where we just focus on getting through the tasks we have for the day. We don't really do much in terms of promotion; most people find us because they need something specific done. We keep our heads down and try to stay organized so nothing gets lost. By the time evening comes, we’re ready to lock up the office and head home. It’s a regular job in a regular part of the city.
