Royal Tempo Service operates out of the first floor of M A Palace in Bhestan. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Jakat Naka, which is a landmark everyone knows. The address is 1 Bhestan 4th Cross 5th Main Road on Triveni Road. It sounds complicated, but once you get to the crossroad, it is easy to spot. Our office is up the stairs. It is a bit of a climb, but it gives us a good view of the traffic coming through the checkpost. We focus on getting tempos out to people who are moving house or shifting goods for their business. The office is pretty basic with just a few chairs and a desk where we keep the logs. My family has lived in this area for a long time, so we know all the shortcuts and the best times to avoid the traffic jams. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is quiet enough to take a nap, but that is the nature of the transport business. We do not use any fancy apps to track the drivers, we just call them on their mobiles. It is a straightforward way of working that seems to suit our customers just fine. We have a few regular drivers who are like family to us. We just try to keep the tempos running and the customers satisfied without overcomplicating everything we do.
