Our office is located right on the Main Road, just across from the Raj Empire Cinema on Bhatar Road. It is a very easy place to find because the cinema is such a big landmark around here. Being on a main road means we get a lot of noise and a lot of people walking by, which keeps things interesting. At Royal Property Investments, we deal with all sorts of real estate matters, but we mostly focus on what is happening nearby. We are not corporate types; we are just local people who have been working in this area for a long time. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and maps, but we know where everything is. We spend our days talking to people who want to put their money into property or those just looking for a place to stay. It is a lot of talking and a lot of driving around to different sites. We do not use any slick sales tactics. We just tell people what the situation is and let them make up their own minds. Sometimes we are so busy we forget to eat lunch until late, and other days we just sit and wait for the phone to ring. That is just how the business goes. If you are passing by the cinema, you can see our place. We are usually there till late in the evening. It is a simple setup, but it works for us.
