We’ve been set up here at Guru Krupa Building for quite some time now. You can find us on the first floor, right there on Udhna Sherif Devji Street, which is basically right beside the Dena Bank. It’s a busy area and the street can get pretty crowded during the middle of the day. Our space here at units 1 and 2 is mostly filled with boxes of embroidery threads. We spend most of our time counting stock or helping people find the exact shade they need for their machines. It isn't a showroom or anything like that, just a regular workplace where we get things done. My brother and I handle most of the daily stuff. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there’s someone coming in for a specific batch. We try to keep things simple. If the fan is making noise or the floor is a bit dusty from the packing materials, that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. The location is good because people know the bank, so they don’t get lost trying to find us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our work stays pretty much the same. We just make sure the threads are ready when they are supposed to be. It’s a lot of manual work, moving cartons around and checking labels, but we’ve got a system that works for us.
