Sirmore Sarees

We are located at W 1207 on the STM Ring Road. If you know Surat, you know how crazy the Ring Road can get. It is always full of trucks, rickshaws, and people carrying bundles of cloth on their shoulders. Sirmore Sarees is just one of many spots in the STM building. Our space is at W 1207. It is a bit of a walk through the long corridors to get to us. The lights in the hallway sometimes flicker or stay off, but we don't mind it much. Inside, we have sarees everywhere. They are stacked on shelves and sometimes on the floor when we are really busy. It is a lot of work handling all the fabric every day. We spend hours folding and checking things to make sure they are okay. The noise from the street never really stops. You just get used to the honking and the shouting of the loaders. We eat our lunch quickly between tasks. It is not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just rely on the people who come to the market. The STM building is a huge place and it is easy to get turned around if you aren't careful. We have been at this spot for a good while. Most of the other shopkeepers around here are friends. We keep the doors open to let some air in, even if it is a bit dusty from the road traffic.
