Surat is famous for this kind of thing, and our little spot is just one of many in the maze. There are rolls of silk and other fabrics everywhere you look. Sometimes it’s hard to even walk through the aisles because the bundles are stacked so high. The market is always loud with people shouting and carts being pushed around.
