Rajendra Textiles

Rajendra Textiles is located right in the middle of the action on Ring Road. We are at Shop No. 25, part of building number 451 in the Textile Market. If you’ve ever been to the Ring Road market, you know how hectic it can be. There are people everywhere, trucks unloading, and thousands of shops crammed together. Our shop is just one of many, but we’ve been here for a long time. It’s a narrow space filled from floor to ceiling with rolls of fabric. There’s barely enough room for two people to walk past each other sometimes. We spend our days measuring out cloth, packing bundles, and talking to traders. It’s loud and it can get very hot in the summer, but this is where the heart of the textile trade is. We don't have an "About Us" page on a website or any fancy brochures. Our history is just years of showing up to the market every morning and opening the shutters. We know the other shop owners on our floor, and we often share food or tea during the slow hours in the afternoon. It’s a tough way to make a living, but it’s what we know. We don’t use big words or try to act like we’re something we’re not. We’re just a textile shop on a busy road, doing our best to keep the business going for another year.
