We are located in the Millennium Textile Market on Ring Road, specifically at shop J-1559. If you have ever been to Surat’s textile markets, you know how massive and confusing they can be. Paras Fashion is tucked away in one of the long corridors. It is usually a hive of activity with rolls of fabric being moved around and people haggling over prices. We spend our days dealing with various types of clothing and fabrics. The shop is small, so we have to be clever about how we stack everything. Most of the time, the floor is covered in bits of thread or plastic wrap from new bundles. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk because there is always an order to pack or a customer waiting. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, even if it’s just a commercial space. We know the other shop owners on our floor and we all just try to get through the busy season together. The Ring Road traffic is always a mess, but that’s just part of being in Surat. We don't do much in the way of big advertisements. Most people find us by walking through the market or hearing about us from someone else. It is just a straightforward textile business where we work hard and hope for a good day. There isn't much more to it than that, just keeping the shop going in this big market.
