Rgc & Co is tucked away at Shop No- 18 in the Shri Ram Market right along the Ring Road. If you know that area, you know how busy the traffic is and how the dust from the road always finds its way inside. We spend a good part of our morning just dusting things off and getting the shop ready. It is a small space, but we have managed to fit everything we need into it. Being in Shri Ram Market means we are surrounded by other traders and there is always some noise or someone shouting across the way. We handle our business the old-fashioned way with a lot of face-to-face talk and hand-written notes. The paperwork piles up on the small desk in the corner, and sometimes it takes us a few days to get through it all. We don't have any big slogans or goals other than just doing our work and being fair with everyone who walks in. The Ring Road is always humming with trucks and cars, and we have become part of that daily rhythm. Some of the other shopkeepers have been here as long as we have, so it feels like a little community despite the grit and the noise. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand, making sure the inventory is right and the customers leave with what they came for. It is just a regular job for us.
