We’ve been at the Radha Swami apartment for a while now, right near the Gujarat Gas office in Adajan Char Rasta. It’s a busy spot in Surat. Most days start with us trying to find parking, which is always a bit of a headache around here. We handle a lot of the local telecom work for Reliance Infocomm Ltd. People stop by when their internet is acting up or they need help with a new connection. Our office isn't fancy, just a few desks and some old computers, but it gets the job done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to close the windows even when it’s hot. We know most of the shopkeepers on the ground floor. It feels like a small community even though we’re part of a big name. We drink a lot of chai from the stall across the street. Usually, we're just coordinating with the field teams who are out fixing cables or setting up towers in the city. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. There’s always someone coming in with a question or a bill they don’t understand. We try to sort it out as best as we can without making things too complicated. That’s just how it goes here in the office.
