Reliance, Hazira

We’re located at B-10 in the Mahalaxmi Society, right across from where the Dena Bank used to be on Rander Road. Being in the Palanpur Patia area of Surat means there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time now. It’s a simple office where we manage our daily tasks. We don’t have a lot of extra space, so things are a bit cramped sometimes, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent dealing with the technical side of the Hazira operations. We keep our records in metal cabinets and try to stay on top of the schedule. The traffic on Rander Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually try to get in early. It’s just a bunch of us who have known each other for years. We aren't really interested in being a corporate giant; we just want to get the work done so we can go home to our families. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet gets slow, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a very local feel here in the society. We know the neighbors and the people at the local shops. It’s a decent place to be based out of in Surat. We just do our bit and keep things moving. There's usually a breeze coming off the road, which helps on the hot days. We're just a normal part of the street.
