Real Estate & Civil Work

Our place, Real Estate & Civil Work, is located in the Krishna Diamond Complex on Vasta Devdi Road. It is on the ground floor, unit G 5. Most people know the complex because it is in a pretty active part of the city. We spend a lot of our time dealing with building stuff and property matters. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to contractors. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can sit down and look at plans. Some days it is very quiet and other days it feels like everyone is calling at once. We usually have some tea around mid-morning and discuss what needs to get done on the different sites. Vasta Devdi Road is usually packed with bikes and trucks, so it can get a bit noisy outside. We have been in this complex for some time now. Dealing with civil work means we are often out on-site, so the office might be empty for a few hours. We just leave a note or take calls on our mobiles. It is hard work, getting things built or sorted out, but it is what we know how to do. We do not really bother with big signs or flashy lights. If someone needs us, they usually know where to find us in G 5. It is just us here, trying to keep up with the projects and the constant changes in the neighborhood.
