Our office is located at L 12 in Jolly Plaza. It's right there on Athwa Main Road near the Athwa Gates. Most people in Surat know this area because it stays quite busy. We set up this travel business because we wanted to work for ourselves. It's a small team here. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and booking systems. Sometimes the internet is slow and it gets frustrating, but that's how it goes. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us answering phones and talking to people who walk in. People ask about flights or local trips, and we tell them what we know. We try to be clear about prices and what’s included. Athwa is a good central spot for us. The office isn't very large, but it's enough for what we do. We've got a few computers and some files stacked up on the shelves. It’s a bit messy sometimes when things get hectic during the holiday seasons. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town. We just want to make sure people get their tickets and can go on their trips. We like talking to the locals who come by. It makes the day go faster. If you’re around the plaza, you’ll see our door. We’re usually there from morning until late evening, just keeping the business running. We just take things as they come.
