Reak Furniture Mart Real Doors

We have our shop, No 11, in the Patni Shopping Centre over in Katargam, Vadodara. It’s right near the Ved Darwaja and across from the Boricha Gas Agency. We focus on doors and furniture, so there’s usually the smell of fresh wood and polish in the air. Reak Furniture Mart is a place where we actually make things. You’ll see us measuring planks or showing customers the different grains of wood we have available. We don't have a glossy showroom like the big malls. Our displays are just the things we’ve finished recently. People come in with their own ideas or sketches, and we talk through what can be done. It’s a lot of manual work and getting our hands dirty. The shopping center can get busy, but our corner stays focused on the craft. We’ve been helping families in Vadodara pick out their front doors for a good while now. We don't use sales pitches. We just show the quality of the wood and the strength of the joints. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow street, but we always find a way to get the furniture to the customer's house. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of sawdust. We like what we do, and we keep it simple for everyone.
