Vaibhav Plastics Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Village Rakholi. If you are looking for us, we are at Plot 16 in the A Wing of Survey No. 101. Being out here in the village is a bit different than being in the middle of a big city. It is quieter in some ways, but the factory itself is always buzzing. We deal with all kinds of plastic stuff here. The machines can be a bit temperamental sometimes, so there is always a bit of grease on someone’s hands. We don't wear suits or sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. Most of the time, we are right there by the molders making sure the plastic comes out the right way. The road leading up to the village can be a bit bumpy, especially when the rains come, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We have a few rows of machines and a small space for the finished goods. People in Rakholi know us as the place at Plot 16. We hired some folks from the nearby houses to help out, and they have stayed with us for a long time. It is a practical business. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk. We just focus on getting the plastic pieces ready and loaded onto the trucks. It is hard work, but it keeps the lights on and the families fed.
