D K Apparels Industries Ltd.

Our setup for D K Apparels Industries Ltd. is out in Rakholi, which is part of Silvassa. We have a couple of plots here, specifically S. No. 145/3/2 and 146/1/1/3. It’s a bit of a stretch of land, and we’ve been operating from this spot for some time. Silvassa has changed quite a bit since we started, but Rakholi still feels like its own place. We spend our time managing the apparel production, making sure the fabric is handled right and the cutting is done properly. It's a lot of manual work and keeping an eye on the details. The staff lives nearby, so we’ve become a bit of a local fixture. The weather gets quite hot here, which makes the afternoons a bit slow, but we keep the fans going and stay on track. We aren't really into big marketing or anything like that. We just do the work we know how to do. The building is functional, designed for making clothes rather than looking pretty. There are piles of materials and spools of thread everywhere you look. It can get noisy with all the sewing machines running at once, but you get used to it after a while. Most of the time, we are just focused on meeting our deadlines and getting the bags packed for delivery. That’s what a normal day looks like for us at the factory. It's hard work, but we've got a good routine down now.
