We are located at M-16 in the Silver Point building, which is right across from Vidhya Bharti School at Bhatar Char Rasta. It is a very busy intersection, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle import and export tasks under the name Rajkripal Exim. Our office is not very big, just a few desks and some filing cabinets full of paperwork. We spend a lot of our time on the telephone or dealing with emails about shipments. It is not a flashy job, but it is important to get the details right. The school across the street means we get a lot of traffic during drop-off and pick-up times, so we usually plan our errands around those hours. We don't have a showroom because we don't sell things directly to people off the street. Most of our business comes from long-term relationships we have built up over the years. Sometimes there are problems at the ports or with the trucks, and we have to spend all day fixing those issues. It can be stressful, but that is just part of the trade. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people working out of Bhatar Char Rasta. We keep it simple and focus on making sure the goods move like they are supposed to. It is just a normal office job.
