We’ve been here at Rander Phase I for a while now. Number 27 is easy to find if you know the area. It’s just a regular spot where we handle our Vastu work. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and maps, but we know where everything is. Raj Vastu isn't a huge place, just a few of us working through the day. We start early usually, before the traffic picks up outside. The neighborhood is okay, mostly quiet until the afternoon. We don't have fancy furniture or a big sign, just the name on the door. People stop by to ask about their house layouts or where to put a door. It's practical work. My desk is near the window, so I see everyone walking past. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on the drawings and making sure the measurements are right. It’s not flashy. We use old pens and sometimes the printer acts up, but we manage. Rander has changed a bit over the years, more buildings going up. We stay busy enough. If the chai guy comes by, we take a break. Otherwise, it’s just looking at plans and talking to folks who need a bit of help with their spaces. It’s a job like any other, really. We’ve been at this address long enough that the neighbors know us. Just a local business trying to keep things moving along without too much fuss. There's always something to do, whether it's sketching or just filing away some old client documents.
