Raj Group Clinic

You can find us on Gitanjali Kohinoor Road. We are pretty close to the Gitanjali Petrol Pump, which makes it easy for patients to give directions to their families. Raj Group Clinic is a modest place. It’s basically a few rooms where we see people throughout the day. The street outside is usually busy with cars going toward the main part of town, so there is always some noise from the road. We’ve been here long enough that most of the shopkeepers nearby know us by name. The floors are stone, and we have simple benches in the waiting area. We don't have a fancy reception desk with a computer system that never works; instead, we mostly use paper files and pens to keep track of things. It feels more direct that way. The doctors and the assistants here aren't dressed in anything too formal, just clean clothes that are easy to move in. We spend our time listening to what people have to say about their health and then doing what we can. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to rely on the backup, but that’s just how things go around here. It’s a very local operation. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. People come here because they live in the neighborhood and they know we are usually open when we say we will be. It’s just a standard clinic doing standard work, and we try to keep the chairs clean for everyone.
