Raivat

You can find us at Sns Arsita, in office 606. We are located in the Vesu area of Surat, right opposite Happy Residency and just behind the Shell Petrol Pump. Vesu is growing so fast, and we are right in the thick of it. Raivat is a small firm where we mostly focus on architectural and design projects. Our office is on the sixth floor, so we get a bit of a view of the new buildings going up all around us. It’s a fairly modern building, but our office feels pretty lived-in. There are coffee mugs everywhere and sketches taped to the walls. We don’t really follow a strict corporate schedule. Sometimes we are here early, and sometimes we stay way past dark. We do a lot of the drafting ourselves, so there is a lot of clicking of mice and tapping on keyboards. We try to keep things grounded. When someone comes to us with an idea, we just talk it out like normal people. We don't use a lot of jargon or big words. It’s about figuring out where the windows should go or how the stairs will fit into the plan. Vesu has a lot of energy, and we try to bring that into the work, even if it’s just making sure a small apartment feels a bit bigger. We’re just a group of people who enjoy the process of building things from scratch.
