Radhe Diamond

We are located at Plot No.E 515 in the Diamond Village. It’s right in the middle of the Diamond Market at Jadda Khadi, Haripur. Being near the LD Char Rasta means there is always something going on outside. Radhe Diamond is a place where we spend hours looking at very small things. The lighting has to be just right, so we have these bright lamps at every station. It isn't a massive factory, just a focused space where we handle the stones. The market outside is loud and crowded, but inside it’s mostly quiet except for the sound of the polishing wheels. We have been in this part of Haripur for a long time. You get used to the rhythm of the market and the way people move around. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have our benches, our tools, and the safes where everything is kept. It’s not particularly fancy, despite what people think when they hear about diamonds. It is mostly just careful, repetitive work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes the power goes out or it gets too hot, but we just manage. We have tea together in the tiny break area when we need a rest from the eyestrain. It’s a specialized kind of life here at E 515. We know the neighbors and the other shop owners well. It feels like a community where everyone is doing their own thing but we are all connected by the trade.
