Rachna Kapadia

Rachna Kapadia operates from the Rushiraj Apartment, which is located at 101 Athwalines. Specifically, we are on the 2nd Cross in Keerthi Layout. It is a nice enough spot, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache during the peak hours. The building itself is older, but it has a lot of character. We’ve set up our workspace here to be comfortable and functional. It’s mostly just Rachna and a small team handling things. People come to us when they need help with their specific requirements. We aren't big on flashy signs or fancy lobbies. Usually, there is some tea on the table and some music playing quietly in the back. Working in Athwalines means we are close to a lot of other local spots, which is handy for lunch. The layout of the apartment is simple. One main room where we do most of the talking and a side area for the paperwork. It feels more personal this way. We like that we can actually get to know the people who walk through the door. Life here moves at a steady pace. We don't rush through things because details matter in what we do. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. If you’re around Keerthi Layout, you’ve probably walked past our building a dozen times without realizing it was an office. We just stay here doing our thing and helping people out as best as we can. It is what we have done for years.
