R K & Co

R K & Co is located in the S K Industrial Society 2, specifically at 103 and 105. We are right on the Udhna Magdalla Road, which is one of the busiest roads in this part of the city. If you look across the street, you will see the Bhatia Complex. Our spot is in a cluster of industrial sheds and small offices. It is a very practical place to work. There is always the sound of welding or heavy machinery from the neighbors. We have a fair amount of space across the two units, but it still gets filled up with materials and finished work pretty fast. The trucks come in through the main gate of the society, and sometimes they get stuck when two are trying to pass each other. We spend our days managing the workflow and making sure things are moving out on time. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of desks and some old files. Most of the real action happens out on the floor. In the summer, the tin roof makes it very hot, so we have a few big pedestal fans going all day. It is a loud and busy environment, but that is the nature of an industrial society. We know most of the other business owners around here. We often share a cup of tea or help each other out with moving heavy equipment when someone’s crane is broken. It is a tight community of workers.
