If you look for us at Ghod Dod Road, we’re in the Himalaya Arcade at L 4. It’s a busy building. R C S Facility Solution Company is mostly about making sure buildings stay clean and things don't break. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, so the office is often empty except for one person taking messages. We’ve got mops, buckets, and all kinds of tools stored away. My boots are usually a bit worn from walking around construction sites or big office blocks. Keeping a place running isn't easy work. It involves a lot of sweat and getting your hands dirty. We deal with plumbing leaks, dusty floors, and trash that needs moving. It’s not glamorous. People usually only notice us when something goes wrong or when the floor isn't shiny. That’s just how it is in this business. We’ve been at Himalaya Arcade for a while now. The elevator in this building is sometimes slow, so we take the stairs. Our team is small but they work hard. We don't have a lot of time for long meetings or fancy presentations. We just get the list of what needs doing and we go do it. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late. The office desk has a lot of invoices and schedules scattered across it. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have all the cleaning machines in the office at the same time. But we make it work somehow.
