Quality Surveyor

Our small team works out of Tangutur, right near the police station. Being in the Prakasam district means we spend a lot of time out in the fields or checking boundaries for neighbors and local projects. It’s a lot of walking and looking through lenses. We don’t have a flashy storefront. It’s just a practical setup where we keep our maps and measuring tools. If you’re passing by the station, you’ll probably see our sign. We started doing this because we know the land around here pretty well. It’s mostly about being accurate and showing up when we say we will. The sun gets strong out here in Andhra, so we usually head out early to get the measurements done before it’s too hot to think. Sometimes people come in with old papers that don't make much sense, and we have to help them figure out where their line actually is. It takes patience. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. There's no big corporate vibe here, just us doing our jobs day in and day out. We like the work because every plot of land has a bit of a story. We just make sure the numbers are right so nobody has to argue later on. It’s a quiet living, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the year. We just keep our heads down and focus on the land and the measurements. People know us as the local surveyors who don't make a fuss about things.
