M J Industries

Our place, M J Industries, is over at Shivalik Plaza. If you know where the Utran Bridge is in Surat, we are right nearby at A-115. It is a pretty busy area with a lot of noise from the bridge traffic, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We do industrial work here. The shop floor is always active with the sound of tools and things being moved around. It is not a quiet office job, that is for sure. Most days we are busy from early morning until the sun goes down. We have a small team of workers who really know their stuff. They do not talk much while they are working, they just focus on the task in front of them. Kapodra-Utran is a decent place to be located because it is easy for the delivery drivers to find us without getting lost. We do not have a receptionist or anyone like that to greet you at the door. You just walk in and look for someone who is not holding a heavy piece of metal or operating a machine. It is a bit dusty and there is always something that needs fixing or cleaning up, but we manage just fine. We are not into fancy presentations or brochures. We just make the parts and hope they work right for whoever bought them. It is a simple business model that has kept us going for a long time. People around Utran seem to appreciate that we just get on with it without a lot of talking.
