You can find Pranali Fashion Design Studio on the 3rd floor of Rajhans Ornate. We are at unit 315. It’s a well-known building in the Parle Point area. A good way to find us is to look for Jani Farsan, as we are very close to that shop. Being on the 3rd floor means it is a bit quieter than the street level, which is good for focusing on design work. We have sewing machines and cutting tables all over the place. It’s more of a workspace than a fancy boutique. We spend a lot of time with measuring tapes and chalk, marking out fabrics. Parle Point is a busy neighborhood, so there is always noise coming from the street, but up here in Rajhans Ornate, we just get on with our tasks. People come up here when they want something specific made. We don't have a lot of ready-made stuff sitting around. Most of what we do is custom work. It gets a bit crowded with rolls of fabric sometimes. We often have tea while we talk about buttons or zippers. It’s just how things are here. The lift in the building is sometimes slow, so we get used to waiting. We've been in this spot for a while and have seen many other shops come and go. It’s a decent place to work and we know the neighbors pretty well. We are just here doing our thing and making clothes.
