Our facility is located at Block No. 45, on Plots 7 and 8 in the village of Karanj. It is out in the Mandvi taluka, so it is a bit of a drive from the main urban centers. We have a lot of space here, which is necessary for handling industrial gases. The yard is usually full of cylinders and equipment. It can get quite hot out here in Karanj, especially during the summer months when the sun beats down on the metal. We have a small office area where we keep the paperwork, but most of the activity happens outside or in the main sheds. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or things we don't need. Our team is made up of local people who know the area well. We start early in the morning to get as much done as possible before the heat of the day sets in. There is a lot of loading and unloading going on throughout the week. You can hear the sound of the trucks coming in and out from the main road. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a lot of meetings; we just talk about what needs to be delivered and get to it. Madhuraj Industrial Gases has been a part of this landscape for a while. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs. It is a dusty place but it is where we work every day.
