Val Organics Pvt. Ltd.

You can find Val Organics Pvt. Ltd. over at the Piperia Ind. Estate. We are on Plot No. 13/14, which is a fairly large space for this area. We handle a lot of organic chemicals and processing here. The smell is something you get used to after working here for a few weeks, but visitors usually notice it right away. We have several large tanks and a lot of piping running through the facility. It is a very technical environment, but the way we run it is pretty old-school. Most of the staff have been with us since we opened up in Piparia. We spend a lot of time checking gauges and making sure the temperatures are right. The lab is the only place with air conditioning, so everyone likes to hang out there during the peak of summer. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People in the industry know where we are and what we do. The paperwork for the safety regulations takes up a lot of time, but we stay on top of it as best we can. The trucks come in and out of the estate all day long, so the roads are always a bit rough. It’s a steady job and we try to keep the machines in good repair. We just focus on the batches we have to finish by the end of the week. There is always a valve that needs tightening somewhere.
