Pruthvi Industries

Pruthvi Industries is located over on Dayat Falia Road in Piparia, Silvassa. If you know the area, you know it's a busy spot with lots of small and big factories all packed together. We are at Plot No. 82/1/1. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for the sign, but we’ve been here long enough that most of the local drivers know the way. The work inside is constant. We have a set of machines that run most of the day and a small team that knows exactly what they are doing. We don’t spend much time on paperwork or fancy meetings. Usually, we are just checking the output and making sure the raw materials are coming in on time. Silvassa has its own rhythm, and we are part of that. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and then everyone has to pitch in to get things moving again. It’s not always pretty, and the floor can get a bit cluttered when we have a big order going out. We eat our lunch together near the front entrance where there’s a bit of a breeze. It’s a straightforward business. We do what we are supposed to do and try to keep our heads down. The road outside stays dusty with all the traffic, but inside we just focus on the day's tasks until it’s time to lock up and head home. We might not be the biggest, but we stay busy.
