We set up shop at Plotno. 88B in the Dhanudyog Industrial Area in Piparia. Our daily life revolves around manufacturing, specifically working with different types of materials for industrial use. It’s a noisy place with the sound of machinery going from morning until late at night. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or shavings, no matter how much we sweep. We’ve got a group of workers who’ve been with us through thick and thin. We don’t really have a big corporate structure here. If something needs doing, someone just grabs a wrench and does it. We’ve been in this part of Piparia for quite a while, and we’ve seen shops come and go. We just stay focused on what’s on the order sheet for the day. Sometimes the supply of raw materials gets delayed, and we have to scramble to keep things moving. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s ours. We don’t put much stock in fancy titles or big offices. The main office is just a corner of the warehouse with a couple of old computers and a lot of paperwork piled up. We just want to make sure the stuff we produce is solid and leaves the gate on time. It’s just how we run things here. No one is trying to be something they are not. We just do the work and go home. That is the way it has always been.
