We have been at Plot No. 27 for some years now. The Danudyog Sahakari Sangh Society is where you’ll find our unit. It’s mostly just us and the machines running all day long. Some days the fabric pile gets pretty high and we have to move stuff around just to walk through the door. It’s not a fancy place but we get the orders out. The workers here know their jobs well. We started small and stayed that way mostly. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It's just part of how things go here. We handle a lot of different threads and cloth types. Usually, there is lint everywhere, even on our clothes when we go home. If you come by, you’ll hear the looms before you see the sign. We don't spend much on office furniture because the factory floor is where everything happens. It gets hot in the summer but we have a few big fans that help. Most of the guys have been with us for a long time. We just focus on getting the textiles right and making sure the counts are correct. It is a lot of hard work but it keeps us busy. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just the work and the daily routine we have built up over time. We keep moving until the orders are done.
