Gayatri Trading Co

We’ve been at Plot No. 44/1 for a while now. Pruthvi Ind. Estate is a busy place, honestly. Most days start early with the trucks arriving. We handle a lot of different items here at Gayatri Trading Co. It’s not fancy, just a big warehouse with shelves and lots of movement. The dust gets everywhere when the wind picks up. My desk is tucked in the corner behind some boxes. People come by asking for this or that, and we try to find it for them. Sometimes the phone rings and nobody is there to pick it up because we are all out on the floor. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually take a break for tea around four. There’s a guy who brings snacks around then. We’ve known the neighbors for years, and we help each other out if a forklift breaks or someone needs a hand loading. That’s just how it is here. We don’t have any big corporate offices or anything. It’s just us doing the daily work, counting inventory, and making sure things get where they need to go. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we get through it eventually. We’ve seen the estate change over time, but our spot stays pretty much the same. It’s a good location for us because the main road isn't too far. We just keep our heads down and keep moving.
