You can find Patel Tele Engineering Works at the Ayana Business Center, specifically in Tf-30. We’re quite close to the Dmart in Bamroli, which makes it easy for the staff to grab things on their way home. Being in a business center is a bit different from a standalone workshop. It’s a bit cleaner, but we still have our tools and equipment everywhere. We handle a lot of things related to telecommunications. There’s always a pile of cables or some networking gear on the desks. It’s not just office work; there’s a lot of technical stuff that needs to be figured out. The air conditioning in the center is nice during the Surat summers, though it sometimes struggles to keep up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites. Bamroli is growing fast, so there’s always something new happening nearby. We aren't a huge company, just a dedicated group of people who understand how these systems work. Sometimes we’re troubleshooting issues late into the evening because someone’s connection is down. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one task at a time. The office is usually a bit messy with manuals and spare parts, but that’s just how we function. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and it suits us well for what we do.
