Sureshbhai Parshottamdas Patel

My name is Sureshbhai and I have been running this place in Surat for quite some time now. You can find us at unit 17/8 in the Jalaram Industrial Estate, which is part of the Gujarat Housing Board area in Pandesara. It is not the kind of place you would find in a magazine or a fancy brochure. It is just a regular workshop where we do our daily work. The windows are usually a bit dusty because of the constant construction nearby and the floors have seen better days. I started this business a long time ago and we have stayed in this same spot ever since. Most days I get here early before the sun is too hot and start getting things ready for the day. Pandesara is a busy part of the city and there is always noise from the trucks and the other units around us. We are tucked away a bit, so you have to look for the sign for unit 17/8. I spend most of my hours right here at the estate making sure everything is moving along as it should. It is a family thing for me and we do not have a big corporate office or a fancy reception desk. It is just a practical workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit but we just wait it out and get back to work. That is just how life is here in the industrial estate.
