Shed No 1. It’s a busy spot in GIDC. Every morning the guys show up. We make windows here. It’s a lot of aluminum and glass. Sometimes the noise from the neighbors is a bit much but that's life in an industrial estate. Plot 162 is where we are. It’s not a fancy office. Just a place to work. We’ve been here a while. The trucks come and go. It’s mostly just making sure the frames are straight. The sun hits the shed hard in the afternoons. We have a small table for tea. People drop by asking for parts. Most of the time we’re just busy with the saw. It’s dusty. You get used to the smell of metal. The GIDC estate has everything if you know where to look. We focus on getting things done for the people who need windows. It's not a complicated setup. Just some saws and workbenches. We keep the scrap in the corner. If you are looking for us, look for the big blue door. The street gets a bit muddy when it rains. But usually, it’s just the usual traffic. We don't have a big sign but everyone around here knows where Plot 162 is. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders. It's a living. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the glass and the frames. It isn't a high-tech lab, just a workshop where we work through the pile of orders every week.
