Pratik Rajnikant Bachkaniwala

My name is Pratik Rajnikant Bachkaniwala and my business is located at 294 in the Gidc Pandesar area of Pandesara, Surat. This is a very industrial part of town, so there are always trucks moving and the sound of factories everywhere. I spend most of my day here at the unit. It is not a large corporation with a human resources department. It is just me and a small group of workers doing what needs to be done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that does not affect the work we do. We focus on the orders and making sure everything is counted properly before it goes out. Sometimes the heat in Pandesara is hard to deal with, especially in the afternoons, but we just drink plenty of water and keep the fans going. I have been at this address for quite some time now. People in the GIDC know where I am if they need to talk. We do not do any fancy marketing or have a polished sales pitch. I just talk to people plainly and tell them what is possible. It is a straightforward way to run a business. There are good days and bad days, but we stay busy. That is all you can really ask for when you are running a place like this on your own.
