Our business, Ganga Fashions, is situated at Plot No: 288 in the G.I.D.C. area of Pandesara. If you’ve ever been to an industrial zone, you know exactly what it’s like. There are factories and warehouses everywhere, and it’s a lot of concrete and noise. We fit right in. Our plot is where we handle the production side of things. It is a functional space designed for work, not for showing off. We deal with textiles and garments, and there is never a quiet moment during shift hours. We don't have a marketing team or a bunch of people in suits. We have workers who know how to handle the machinery and keep the production line moving. Sometimes the heat in Pandesara can be quite intense, especially in the middle of the summer, but we just keep the vents open and carry on. We’ve been operating here for a good amount of time, and we understand the rhythm of the G.I.D.C. area. It’s not about being the most famous name in fashion; it’s about getting the orders right and keeping the machines running. We don't have any scripted lines about our values. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything that leaves our gate is decent. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment, and that’s the way we prefer to run things.
