P B Vankawala & Co is located at 10/393 in Surat, right across from J K Chambers. It’s a familiar spot for many people in this part of the city. We’ve been here long enough that we don't really notice the noise from the street anymore. Our office is a modest setup. We have what we need to get through the day's work. It isn't a place with marble floors or fancy light fixtures. Instead, you'll find plenty of books, papers, and the usual office supplies. We like to keep things down to earth. When people come in, they usually just pull up a chair and we get right to business. There’s no big script or formal greeting here. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs. The building has its quirks, like the occasional squeaky door or a light that flickers, but it’s home for us. Being opposite J K Chambers makes us easy to locate, which is a plus. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time. They know we stay until the work is finished, even if it’s late. We don't spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world. Our focus is just on the tasks at hand. It’s a practical way to run things, and it’s worked for us so far without any complaints from the regulars.
