Organization - Essar Steel Limited

We have been at 83, Kasturba Co.-Op Society for a good while now. It’s right in the Palanpur Patia area here in Surat. Most people know the spot because it’s a busy part of town with a lot of movement. Being Essar Steel Limited, we deal with a lot of heavy stuff, and it can get quite dusty and loud around the area, but that’s just part of how it works. The society is a mix of different people, and we try to keep things moving without too much fuss. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a practical place where the work actually happens. Sometimes the traffic outside gets stuck, and you can hear the horns all day, which is typical for Surat. We have got our space set up to handle the daily tasks, and the staff is used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It is an honest workplace. We do not spend much time worrying about the decor or making things look pretty. Most of the time, we are just busy with the paperwork and the logistics that come with steel. People stop by, and we get on with it. The morning starts early before it gets too hot, and we usually wrap things up as the evening sun hits the side of the building. It’s just us working away in this corner of Surat, doing what needs to get done for the day.
