Neostructo Construction Limited is located in Pandalam, specifically at Malayudethekkethil House in Poozhikkadu. It’s a beautiful part of Kerala, surrounded by a lot of greenery and trees. Our office is basically a house that we’ve converted for our business needs. It gives the whole place a very relaxed and informal feel. We aren't tucked away in a sterile office building. Instead, we have the sights and sounds of the village around us. Kudassanadu is a quiet area, and we like it that way. Most of us who work here are from the Pathanamtitta district, so we know the local landscape very well. The house has a big porch where we sometimes sit to discuss project details when the weather is nice. Of course, when the monsoon hits, we stay tucked inside. It gets very wet around here. We don't have a big sign or a fancy reception. Usually, you’ll find us in the main room with our laptops and a lot of maps spread out. It’s a simple way to run a construction business. We know our neighbors and often stop to chat with people walking by. It feels more like a family operation than a big corporation. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the work gets done right. If you’re looking for us, just ask for the house by name. Most people know where it is.
