Neo Structo Construction Ltd.(Side At L&T Hazira Ltd.)

This office is at 35, Nutan Row House. We are located near Palanpur Jakatnaka, just behind Vidhyakunj High School on Pal Road in the Rander area of Surat. This is a specific branch for Neo Structo Construction Ltd.(Side At L&T Hazira Ltd.). It’s more of a residential-style building that we use for our work operations. It’s a bit quieter than the main city center, which is nice for focusing. Being behind a school means we hear the bell ring every day and the kids playing. The office inside is full of the usual construction stuff. We have maps of the Hazira area and a lot of safety gear, like helmets and vests, sitting in the corners. It’s not a polished or fancy environment. We have lived-in desks and a small kitchen area that mostly just makes coffee all morning. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with the teams over at the site in Hazira. The location in Rander is convenient for getting back and forth without too much trouble. It’s a real working space where people wear work boots and talk about project deadlines. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a fountain. We just have a front door that’s usually open for the staff coming back from the site. It’s a simple house that serves as our home base for the work we do in this part of Surat. We just try to keep everything organized and moving forward.
