Neo Structo Construction Ltd.

Our office is called Nirmalyam. It’s located in C.M.C 12 in Cherthala. That’s in the Alleppey district of Kerala. It’s a beautiful part of the country to work in, though it gets very wet during the long monsoon season. Neo Structo Construction Ltd. operates from here. We aren't in a high-rise building. It’s a more traditional setting that fits the area. Inside, you’ll find the usual mess of a construction office. There are folders everywhere and maybe a stray umbrella near the door because of the rain. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local climate when we plan our builds. Kerala has its own way of doing things, and we fit right into that rhythm. The office is a quiet place until the phones start ringing and the site managers come in for meetings. We don’t have a big sign with flashing lights or anything like that. It is just a place where we do our admin and meet with the crews before they head out. Alleppey is known for its water, but for us, it’s just where we live and work. We know the neighbors and the local tea shops where we grab a snack. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s not about being fancy or looking corporate. It’s about having a base of operations that makes sense for the projects we have in this part of the state. We are just here, doing the work, day in and day out, trying to keep everything on track.
