Neo Structo Construction Ltd is based over in Moh Ghoshipurwa, right in the Shahpur area of Gorakhpur. If you know the neighborhood, it is a pretty lively place to be. We have been operating from here for a good bit of time, focusing on construction jobs across the city and nearby parts of UP. It isn't a fancy setup we have, just a solid place where we keep our tools and plan out the next day’s labor. The crew mostly consists of guys who grew up around here, so we know the local ground and how the rain affects the work. Building things in Gorakhpur means dealing with a lot of different conditions, but we manage. We aren't much for writing big reports or using those complicated industry words. Usually, we just show up, get the materials delivered, and start the job. It gets loud and dusty, but that is construction for you. Most days involve a lot of tea and checking on the progress of the walls. We don't try to pretend to be anything more than builders who work hard. It is a simple business.
