Neo Structo Construction Limited has its office over at Madhavmahal Appartment, specifically in the C/Ogopiprasad Ag-2 unit. We are located right near Varun Hospital on Anandmahal Road in the Adajan area of Surat. It is a bit of a quiet spot, which helps when we need to focus on the technical details of a project. Dealing with construction in Gujarat means we are always busy with something or other. The office is easy to find if you know the landmark of the hospital. We have been here for a while and the 395009 pin code feels like home to us now. It isn't a massive corporate building, just a regular apartment space where we handle the bills, the planning, and the phone calls. Sometimes it gets a little cramped when the whole team is in for a meeting, but we make it work. Most of the time, our guys are out in the field getting their hands dirty while a couple of us stay back to manage the logs. It is a simple way of working. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just find us through word of mouth or by walking past the apartment. We keep things pretty low-key and just worry about finishing the tasks we started. It's a decent place to work and we like being part of the local Adajan neighborhood.
